jesse baggett

Jesse Baggett currently lives in Wichita Falls. She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2014 with a BFA and Teacher Certification. After attending MSU, Jesse taught high school art for the Wichita Falls ISD from 2014 to 2018. For two years she also taught AP Art History. Jesse is a member of the Wichita Falls Art Association and was the winner of the 2022 Texas State Championship Art Battle. She is currently working with Steve Hilton and in conjunction with the Wichita Falls Art Alliance to create a ceramic mural in the WF downtown area. Jesse Baggett is a native Texan who also grew up in New Mexico and Oklahoma. In her artwork, she enjoys using imagery of local wildlife to create stories and reflect upon society, culture, and art history.
